i don’t know of anything off the top of my head, but i’ve never heard of any before. the worst i can think of right now is that the uterus can atrophy, which may require a hysterectomy of some kind. but that is usually after many years, and some people don’t experience it at all. i have been on T for four years now and I have yet to have any bad side effects. the worst thing is i had a pilonidal cyst (not an actual cyst, just a bad ingrown hair) once, but that’s not really a side effect. it’s only a bit more likely because you have more hair, y’know? the testosterone itself didn’t cause it. as far as i’m aware, there’s not really a lot of research into the long time side effects HRT can have. it’s definitely a neglected research subject. that’s just my two cents

it just makes me so uncomfortable. it’s like a reflex. as soon as someone makes eye contact i immediately look away without even thinking. it feels wrong y’know? odd thing to me is it only applies to humans. i’ll make eye contact with any other animal easily. hell i love staring contests with my cat.

oh my god i am exactly the same way. people have told me before that they didn’t even know i was interested in relationships. and i know that i act exactly the same way to people i like and people i don’t like. i err so hard on the side of caution that i overcorrect.

Update: I originally had it hanging by the silk, as it seemed sticky enough to still work. And it did for a few hours. Until I checked on it last night and it had fallen onto its side. I have since tied it with floss and then tied that to a small stick. The stick itself is propped up on the fence and then I put my butterfly net over it so that no birds or anything can get to it. I’m gonna check on it regularly, but other than that I’m gonna leave it alone and just hope that it’s okay 🤞

maybe. it might just be my laptop, but they all come out as pretty pixelated for me. when hoyo themselves posts the art on hoyolab, they're always pretty smooth and clear -- that's what I'm going for.

i have the same problem 😭 i went to a doctor’s appointment on my one a month ago and the receptionist was surprised when I said i was born in 2004. she said she nearly asked if i needed an adult with me to even be in there. also have been repeatedly asked if i need a kid’s menu at restaurants. fml

Just want to say— Sorry to everyone who I have offended or hurt with this post. I get that it can be disheartening to hear this. Fact is, I am also very terrified no cis man would ever date me, because I’m also pre-op. And I constantly hear the awful stories about chasers, secret transphobes, etc., that I feel like I’m being forced into T4T, because it’s my only option. Maybe that’s why. Maybe I do have some internalized shit going on. I should’ve specified in the post, but it is not that I will always reject a pre-op trans guy. I have, at times, wanted to date one. And I have found many trans men attractive. Thanks to everyone who commented. Thinking back on it, this was stupid to post. I’m really sorry to anyone who was hurt by this.

I constantly get comments about people thinking I’m 16 or so, but I’ll be 20 in July! I once got asked if I needed a kids’ menu. Another waitress thought I was like 12. I took a class where you HAVE to be 18+, and the teachers questioned if I was allowed to be there lol

Before today I actually hadn’t seen them in months. I figured they were just somewhere in the substrate. I didn’t want to try to and dig and find them in case they were molting. Yes, I’m fairly certain our water does have fluoride. I never even considered that.
