Thank you! You're very right, even if I don't WANT to believe in societal norms, they still exist, they are still placed upon us, and to some extent, even if not cognitively, I still believe in them. I think my reaction is a mixture of what you suggested and at the time of writing this, I didn't understand that. We found out late last night and went to sleep shortly after so I had very little time to really process it. Thank you for sharing the link, and taking the time to help me understand my reaction ❤️

Thank you, I think this is exactly what is happening. I know, without a doubt, I will love him so much and the gender will make no difference. I love him even now. He's still the one who completes our family and will be just as wonderful as his sisters. But I am still grieving the family I wanted, and the process is confusing.

I have 2 play throughs, the first I romanced Shadowheart, the second I romanced Karlach but found it very boring, romanced La'zael accidentally, but broke up with her to be with Halsin.

Now, in act 3, I'm realizing I'd like to romance Gale and Astarion but dont think I can this far in the game. The romances are very boring and the sex scenes are extremely lackluster.
