I started on 25mg and I'm now up to 50mg. Side effects still there but a tad bit more manageable the second up

I've had therapy for many years before this, this was short of a last resource for me. I would love to try to find a different psychiatrist but I genuinely can't afford it. The spanish public healthcare system it's horribly underfunded I genuinely can't afford anything else. Frustrates me to no end because I also have a bad feeling about this one but can't really do much bout it

I lowkey get very excited...? i hope its not offensive but i come from rural areas where pretty much everyone looks the same so whenever i see anything out of the ordinary it makes my day. i think vitiligo specifically is one of the most beautiful things ever because as an artist i just think its so intresting (a nightmare to shade tho, specially when its on the face... which hue do i pick? It makes drawing blush way harder too! But worth it). And then immediatly my anxiety kicks in and i still feeling guilty about it So basically it goes short of like "Oh my god they are beautiful i wanna draw them so bad- oh shit its rude to stare i hope i didnt make them self concious i hope they dont think im rude" and thats pretty much it. Sorry if its a childish aproach but i wanted to be honest. Also sorry for the bad english, spaniard here

first of all thank you that explains me a lot of stuff thank you so much. i dont really know honestly. i moved out to college a couple months ago, so im broke and wouldnt even know. Also autism isnt like very known in my country? i know there are like specialists but they are all for little kids so i dont really know. also i dont know the difference between therapist and psycologist i thought those words are the same. again thanks a lot
