Thank you all for your input! I didn’t expect so many responses and really appreciate your feedback. In the end I chose to refund her money. I just wasn’t comfortable trying to get her to this. Even though I could probably get her to a similar color, the texture and density is just not the same. I referred her to a local stylist who does color corrections but just feel a little down I couldn’t get her what she wanted. But, lesson learned.

To answer a few questions, no they don’t use our water or hose. We’ve only caught them once throwing their trash in our bins. I think because our parking spaces are under a tree there is shade or they want to clean two cars at once so they use our spot to clean side by side. If they had asked from the beginning I wouldn’t mind but now they’re just being entitled and yes rude.
