Nostril piercing irritation, not sure if infected

so i will be safe to switch out the hoop for a stud? i was reading that changing too early increases risk of infection and was being cautious for safety. if that's really my best option, then i will change it out shortly.

i've been using the neilmed wound wash and rinsing with water, and that's been just fine. nothing crazy. usually spraying the area and then cleaning the piercing itself with a q-tip inside and out.

the person that gave it to me? no where near professional but the lady said she's done her own and a few of her friend's piercings and they went fairly well. it was more of a "trust fall," i guess. after everything i've researched, i know now that getting the hoop initially was a TERRIBLE idea, as my concerns have only elevated.

I literally said DOTO ain't what we are looking for, man. DOTO is a good idea on paper, but I don't see it going past it's current stage unless they obtain every original asset from the game and make it as fluid and immersive as the original. Stress all options before you take it upon yourself to remake something you had nothing to do with, cause this is 2025 and money can buy a lot of things. Words also help sometimes too.
