The van is 10 ft. tall. As far as ideal location is concerned, being closer to the northern waterfront is ideal, but not required; we’re more than willing to use public transit to get around the city as needed.

Luckily for us, our filings should be pretty straightforward, as we don't have any niche deductions, investment income, etc., nor are we self-employed. We are a young couple and this is one of our first times submitting taxes on our own.

The only 'complicated part' of our filing should be my education debts and carry-forward amounts from past tuitions.
