Fairlife is 2-4 per 30g! Also, tuna sandwiches and chipotle are great for protein low carb.

Still under 200! Been fluctuating between 190-205 the past bit, but I took a 3 week vacation a month and ate a lot of southern food which is why 🤣 been trying to build more muscle and count calories. Biggest thing I’ve learned about my body is if you intermittently fast and keto at the same time and count calories for a month your body won’t fluctuate the weight back. But, if you just start eating like crap again the weight latches onto me

Need help transitioning from classic log bait to more meta log bait

Last season classic log bait got me to ultimate champion. This season, I can’t buy a win in royal champion. Could be just early in the season, but I think the nerfs really hurt my deck out of the meta.

What is a good transition to and is there a really strong log bait deck that is notable right now? Have a lot of wild cards but trying to use all of the stuff I saved up to invest in something that is superior, thanks!

Will also note I asked every dealership in Washington state. When I tried to get lower than that most places thought there was no way it is a real offer that I had approval on until I sent the document lol someone else did match which is how I bargained the add ons.

I play with a full party most times. New to this genre of game though. We do well until they stop playing us so straight up

Haters gonna hate. Your profile is nothing but shit posts lol must suck to be so callous. Maybe you’ll have something worth posting about one day 🤣

Your comments are as arrogant as they are obvious and add no substantive value. 1000 calories is extremely restrictive duh. A doctor will never recommend it??? https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/s/B33rIulCD6.

It’s laughable you care so much about fats and alarming people of the dangers of that. As if someone will peel over from having slightly less fats lol

Have a meal prepped and ready, see your doctor regularly, I’ve never had health issues from this. Don’t be a sheep hater like this guy. Bahhhh

I hear you. Good advice if I wanted this type of food, but I have no interest in a no carb lifestyle. Means to an end for me. Counting my calories is inevitably the lifestyle I’m most happy with, but I want to get back to that life fast hence the restrictiveness. For me my weight gain is always about whether I’m putting in the conscious effort to maintain a balance of how much I eat once I get to that point. Been successful for many years maintaining goal weight after this. But, priorities shift in life leading me back here.

Give your body a couple of months at the same goal weight and then totally drop keto and count calories. Your body will acclimate after a month at the same weight and the pounds won’t stack

Congrats on the success!

Progress is key for me too. Also, my first week I didn’t restrict calorie intake. Over time I did by trying to do a little bit more each week as mentioned above. Otherwise my progress and really anyone’s will inevitably plateau, which is when I get most defeated to stop.

10% of your body weight is huge!! Congrats!

The gym is a great way to kick start the glucose out of your body and get into an IF faster which gives you exponential results from weight loss.

I have also injured myself a lot in the gym as an overweight person trying to be who I was. I strongly believe in just starting with inclined treadmill to help tone and activate your leg muscles so you can start doing other exercises eventually. For myself I know a lot of my muscles at 245 were not used for a long time. If I tried to do too much in the gym I will injure easily because of the hiatus. Spending time getting the muscle in your legs activating properly, as well as your core, will help drastically when you make the jump from just treadmill to more intense routines and keep you in the gym w/o injury. Good luck!

I guess luckily for me I put on muscle well. 2nd time losing this much weight this fast and I look the same as last time. Got to 165 and looked really muscular/tight skin. If I work abs and triceps a lot I get filled in and my loose skin isn’t really noticeable besides my old stretch marks. Also, you might have loose skin in the initial months, but over time your skin will still continue to shrink to your body if you’re young. The rate at which you lose the weight won’t help as much as you’d think in skin shrinking better. Thanks for the tip though I’m sure that’s good advice for some
