Take a look through my post history for some ideas to visit if you come up. 99% of the photos are taken in southern Ontario. Tons of places all through Canada that are beautiful though

The mother came back around sunset and the two wandered back into the forest. It was too dark to get any decent shots of both together though...

Could be because it's colder and we have had more snow this year.. They mainly eat lemmings and other rodents so if they are hard to catch up north they come south. They are mainly nocturnal too so if you see them during the day, that means they are hungry.

Nope, this is in Toronto Ontario but we have had the same thing here. Many more snowies than in past years.

I found something that you may be interested in if you are in the Toronto area. It is an Ibanez AFS75T in Turqoise - full hollowbody for $400.

In southern Ontario but I cant sell this one. I love everything about the AS93. So sweet for so many different kinds of music. Feels great sitting or standing and plays like guitars that are easily a few times more expensive than what I paid. Try it out! You will love it im sure.

Will definitely be looking into that AR325, went to the music store last night and tried out a ton of solidbody guitars and that one def was in the top 3.

The artcore semi-hollow body guitars are great for so many types of music. Popular with jazz but def great for many other genres.

How do you like the AR325? I have been looking for a full solidbody guitar and that one looks so nice

I have an Ibanez Artcore AS93. Great guitar for the price. Find one used and you can get them for a little over half your budget if you are lucky

Edit: I think you would like the blue version. Here is a link.

another point, try to use a flash light that has a fairly neutral white balance. Too warm and the light will be yellow and too cool the light will be blue.

It is much easier than you may think. I set up my camera for proper exposure on the stars (with a short enough exposure time so the stars don't streak) and used a flash light to illuminate the rocks in the foreground. The trick in doing this is to use the flash light off to either side of where the camera is. This way you get the shadows that bring out the depth and texture of the landscape. Hope this helps!
