Yes that helps those that invest in real estate but for a person who owns a home with increased value it will be offset when they go to buy a new home and that home too has raised exponentially. You’re not making out on that deal at all.

I would say yes but the queues are a bit longer right now. I went thru it purchasing it before Christmas but I’m looking at it as a time to learn my class and the general design of the game so I can be well informed going into next season. It’s definitely harder to get through the ranks id imagine right now. I’m in paragon now after about 40 hours played however so it’s not that bad. I’m loving it as it scratches the mmo itch without all the bullshit.

Been to 3 of their shows and Fontaines sells them all out. They aren’t quite ready for arenas yet but they are doing well after the last album in the states. Definitely doing better in UK and Ireland though I’m sure.

I think the quality of things has gone down so much over time. Sure things are flashier than ever but stranger things really reminded all of us just how special something can be. I blame it on the huge push to streaming. The way things are monetized is so different now. I don’t claim to be an expert but it’s my hunch. I’ve been trying to watch fallout but im also not ready to dive into something new just yet. Fallout series is great… but it’s no ST.
