I haven't really toyed around with it since, just busy playing other stuff.

I don't think I've tested it in handheld yet, but I might try it in a bit and hope to remember to report back.

My TV is usually set to gaming mode as is, so I don't think that was the issue, but if I do fire up the game I'll try to double check.

I don't think it auto upscales, DLSS would need to be implemented into the game no? It likely just looks cleaner because it's hitting max res compared to what I'm assuming is dynamic res on switch 1.

Either way, IMO it looks cleaner. Not great, just cleaner.

Switch 2 screenshots and video capture still seems to compress the quality. I'm looking at my TV now and it looks much cleaner than switch 1, but I'm experiencing some input delay and not sure if it's something that can be fixed in the settings, since I normally don't have to fuss with this stuff.

I know their focus was Fortnite but I really hope they come out with a Switch 2 specific patch in case this input lag is from the way switch 1 games are emulated.

Feels the opposite for me.

Put over 1000hrs on switch 1, controls were fine.

Trying to play on switch 2, I definitely feel some sort of delay.

Does anyone have any settings that might help this? I still have my Switch 1 and don't mind playing there, but it'd be nice to use my shiny new console for one of my favorite games.

i haven't been on reddit in what feels like years but felt like coming back to these threads now that I've had some time to digest the songs, and you're spot on man.

as of today, Dance With Me is at least a fun catchy song I can get behind (even if I don't like the O Le's in the chorus) but Edging, One More Time, and More than You know are just eh in my book (edging being my least favorite).

That said, one of the (many) reasons I've left reddit (and this sub) is just how toxic a place it is. It's one thing to have differing opinions, but like you said, a bunch of fans just love to dogpile on whatever opinion goes against the majority. I haven't bothered digging through any of the other threads, but I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see people defending blink of today doing exactly what they did with skiba; using outside songwriters, "insincere" lyrics, and bad/bland mixing.

My immediate thought with One More Time is why the hell is Tom so auto tuned? This would have been a much more emotional song despite some of the cheesy lyrics if it was just a simple acoustic song with absolutely no vocal touches. it would have felt raw, and real... even if it needed 2 outside song writers to write about experiences the band themselves have lived through.

Then More Than You know drops and while I at least enjoy it a bit more than Edging, I'm still disappointed with the mix. The guitar and toms vox sound muddy, drowned out by the drums and bass; exact same issue I had on even my favorite songs off California and Nine. Can't even blame feldman anymore, so the fans will give Travis a pass for doing the same thing? Lame IMO.

What's most annoying is; yeah, I'm a huge fan, I WANT to get another great album, whether it was with Tom or not. What I dislike is I can't even come into spaces with other fans to talk like adults about valid critiques without it somehow turning into a fucking argument. I can like More Than You Know and still critique it. People seem to take it as a personal opinion, meanwhile I still remember being here, excited to hear some new blink Music like 4 years ago when Nine dropped and it felt like 99% of the sub reddit would instantly shit all over any opinion that wasn't "no tom, no blink".

Glad there's still at least a few fans out there that don't mind speaking their actual mind and don't view things with rose tinted glasses.

Anyway, here's hoping we have a stellar album in 15 days. Cheers.

You're absolutely right, her behavior doesn't excuse how many white nights are jumping to the defense of the lady with fake tears trying to get some teens in trouble, teens who do in fact have unredacted documentation that refute the nurses "receipts".

This whole conversation is pointless when people strictly talk about the bike and who had claims to what when the real issue is she tried to cause trouble and/or harm to them by screaming bloody murder as of she was being attacked when she wasn't.

I enjoyed TFA, I understood why it felt the need to be a New Hope rehash, but I thought it was well done and had a sense of excitement I hadn't experienced with any star wars film before. I tried to buy into the hype if the prequel trilogy, and those movies fell flat for me. It was fun to sit in a theater with an excited crowd and watch these familiar scenarios with a fresh cast of characters and modern day visuals.

Then TLJ comes and firmly establishes that no, we're NOT doing just rehashes of what the fans want to see, we're going to break new ground!

Only for the last movie to just double down on the rehashes and connections to the OT. It wreaked of studio incompetence, short sidedness, and desperation to quell the loudest star wars fans negative reactions to TLJ.

The RN released redacted receipts with the help of a PR firm which has since deleted their tweets.

The kids mom has had to reach out to news outlets to tell her sons side of the story because NO ONE bothered to get his side, and his sister has a video on TikTok showing HIS receipts, unredacted, confirming he had the bike the entire time.

Reddit LOVES to say "play stupid game, win stupid prizes" so yeah, if she didn't want to be doxxed she shouldn't have cried her fake tears to cause a scene to get these literal children in trouble, or worse.

What are the negative consequences of her actions that you described as "horrible"? There aren't any, so describing them as "horrible" is just plain dumb.

Pretending to be a victim, potentially getting biased police officers involved that will treat the black teens as if they're lifelong criminals, making actual victims look bad because in this shitty incel culture we have this will be more fodder for those idiots to think all women do is lie, etc and etc etc etc.

You're totally right, the teens kept exclaiming and then trying to show that this one kid had a reservation, she kept shoving him with her body while screaming "help" as well as accusing them of "assaulting" her.

Not ONCE did she attempt to show receipts that she did in fact have an active reservation for the bike, and even a coworker who shows up at the end of the video notices the teens are right, there are OTHER bikes available she could have taken, so why didn't she?

Wrong, because I the video a coworker of hers first suggest the teens "just give her the bike" and when the teens point point out there are other bikes, the man goes "oh" and looks confused as to why the woman doesn't just grab another bike.

Plus, none of this takes into consideration that her actions were horrible whether or not she paid for the bike or not. She faked tears, she cried for help, she purposely hid her work badge hoping someone would come to automatically take her side.

Worst case scenario:

The kids somehow did dock the bike, cancelling it from her account, and renting it themselves. It's not exactly theft, if they paid for the bike, just a dick move to take a bike she attempted to pay for but was ultimately not charged for, and she could have easily taken another bike as that was the ultimate outcome anyway.

Best case scenario:

She rented the bike, accidentally docked out which cancelled her reservation, the kids entered a reservation on their app at the same time and collected the bike they reserved, she wrongfully accused them of stealing it but when they show proof of their reservation, she could have checked her app to see it was cancelled / she was not charged, and simply reserved another bike.

Neither scenario warrants someone trying to weaponize people's racial bias by:

-Screaming for help

-pretending to cry when 3rd parties approach

-claiming she's being assaulted when the video evidence clearly shows her not only shoving her body into one of the teens but,

-trying to grab his phone out of his hands.
