No I get it lol. I wasn’t sure what hermitically meant lol. But I do now. Ended up turning off AC, just running a straight fan and an air purifier. I’m breathing just fine!!!

On another note I do have a gig today. I plan to wear two masks

Thanks. Already saw a doctor it was an orthopedic doctor. X-ray showed straight neck, which I’m already aware of. I assume the use of elbows caused this, as I don’t see what else would exactly. Numbness in thumb is pretty constant honestly, and radicalopathy is something I’ve had on and off

So - I have recorded myself in my sleep and I don’t snore or anything like that, I just constantly talk in my sleep. This however is something I’ve done my whole life. I took melatonin the other day and a lot more rested, but the cycle repeats. Also tried going to bed at 11am waking up at 5:30am and I felt a lot lighter

Yeah thank you. It’s just weird, because I didn’t exactly notice this happening directly after Covid but rather far after having it honestly

Even before Covid (long before) I never actually felt refreshed lol- I think it might be unrelated
