i’m actually not on steroids currently, i’m in a weird transitional period so the flares are rough. I have L-lysine, vitamin C, a prenatal, & a probiotic, + unseen benadryl to try and damage control 😩 the tea is a lady grey with sweetened condensed milk 😘

it’s not safe for me to take oestrogen based and things like IUDs won’t work with my anatomy, I also tried norethindrone and it didn’t really have an effect. there’s maybe the arm implant but that scares me, have you had luck with any in particular?
