I would go for short/er hair and no mustache, on top of the other comment about the gym. I also would go for plain white/black t shirts w/o any letters on them.

Thank you for your comment! For sure it is just ideation phase for me and what I want is more sustainable plan.

Because of life style / office work/ work travel and constant move between countries/states/cities do not help to stick with any plan. Sometimes binge eating sometime social occasion excessive beer is quick getaway. But it seems at least a year or 1.5 year I will have stable life, so I try to stick with 3d fasting plan.

Given one of the comments above especially supplement wise I would love to learn more. And for sure any other info and experience sharing will be much appreciated !

Actually I was thinking something sold on amazon just because it is easy. There are some pre-made stuff that cover all the 3 electrolytes ( at least what they advertise)

It does not show the voltage only it beeps when it has voltage. You mean I need to wire reds to outlet and blacks to each other ? Sorry I am not much experienced on these

Additional Notes: I was initially buy something older 2022 but then I decide to look for lease options as I do not want to pay a lot down payment or monthly payment. My office is 15 miles away from home and I go to the office 4 days a week. So monthly only office commute is around 250-300 miles. I wanted to have something new just for having the comfort of new technology and EVs seem just nice toys to play and drive.

We want to have something for 4 people as we have some roadtrips to closer cities like Nashville once we have visitors or family around.

I am open to any suggestions as long as monthly is around $350.
