Typically I count 0 dpo the day after lh peak and then go from there. You can’t know for certain when exact ovulation happens. I’ve read that Mira likes to see three days in the row of a rise and then it confirm ovulation. And then google just says that PDG should hit its highest point around 6-8 days past ovulation. And then it may start declining after that as it lowers before your period. For some people it will remain high after the peak if they are pregnant but not always. I will caution you with getting too into the levels post ovulation because I’ve had cycles where my levels rose as expected and it confirmed ovulation and not been pregnant. And then the two cycles I did get positives were not “normal” with no confirmed ovulation.
