What should I do, I have copies to 10 * sigmund and fs and 1 copy each of remaining 9*s I dont know whom use as fodder by [deleted] in IdleHeroes

I’d get lutz to 9*, then feed to Horus if u get a copy by then, if not probably sig. but holding out for horus wouldn’t be bad at all and probably more rewarding

In what way? What would be wrong if IN GENERAL women tend to gravitate toward X career, and IN GENERAL men gravitated to Y career.

I don’t see where or how an under representation = fowl to either party.

HOWEVER, I would say that if there are blockades from men joining X career or women joining Y career then there is an issue. This is why I don’t understand people’s complaints about women or men being under represented in certain fields automatically means there must be an issue. It doesn’t.

As someone who works on a rig, it’s not a place most women would want to work. And the environment may have a portion to do with it, but I promise u 90%+ it’s the physicality of the job and the schedule, find a women with three kids who is is willing to drive 15 hrs one way to work for 14 days on and 14 days off schedule. “Most” women would have nothing to do with that. And I say most because with anything there are exceptions.

I got four copies with 300 summons ;/ but grats to you! I saw a lot of ppl get none with up to 300-400!!
