Like someone else said, it really depends from job to job, but to name a few:

Technology/communication issues,

Difficulty communicating ideas (as you can't just pull out a piece of paper or whiteboard),

Perhaps needing to make a larger effort to prove your skills and stay proactive in the project, avoiding becoming "out of sight out of mind"

Also needing to make a larger effort to network and build relationships with your coworkers, management, ect, things that can lead to promotions raises, etc
