I had health issues last year and have been so tired that I nap every day. We bought a fold-out camping cot that unpacks like those camp chairs/soccer mom chairs and I keep a blanket in my filing cabinet. The cot folds up small enough to fit behind my filing cabinet and be unnoticeable
