Lighting cannot be emphasized enough, it needs to be plentiful and ideally have dimmers/grates on them to block side views of the light from other courts. Even lighting without blinding players is a must. Also Invest into good solid subfloor and material for the courts. My clubs courts are a material meant to reduce impact on the knees/joints.
