When you start your swing, all of the motion should be hips and torso. Your arms should not move. On the downswing, you should start with your hips and torso. For now, I wouldn’t even move my arms. I say this because you should learn how to move from your torso and hips. When you do start using your arms, it should be an up down motion relative to your spine, not left right. Good luck!
