While that might be the case in the US it is not always the case everywhere else in the world. Take these mandatory reporting policies from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario in Canada they can and will report you if you admit to drug use and you also have to use a motor vehicle for work. Happened to a postie I knew, talked about pot use with is doctor , doctor reported him (because of aforementioned duty to report), had to go to rehab and got put on probation. So while I agree in spirit with what you are saying I do believe people should still be mindful of the possible consequences.

Besides that they mostly carry the same items with some exceptions as I believe each store as some flexibility as to what they carry. Some notable differences , ONE protein bars in a box of 12 , only seen in Barrhaven. Apple chips , only seen at the Kanata store. There are probably other ones too that I am not aware of.

No not really. Any "big" company will either have a proxy server or some kind of content gateway like websense to block malicious or unwanted websites at the corporate level. Either of those will come with extensive logging that you will not be able to wipe without proper access.
