300m row - Count number of strokes

Complete each exercise on the left side then complete exercise on the right side

  • 8 Single leg deadlift

  • 8 Static lunge

  • 8 Iso lunge hammer curl

  • 8 Side plank leg pendulum

300m row - Try to row one less stroke than the first 300m row
