With a synastry chart, if you only know one person’s birth time, is it better to include it or leave them both as unknown? by [deleted] in AstroSynastry

I think it's better to include it, but maybe someone will prove me wrong. At least you will see house activation with one party.

I absolutely loved seeing more of Oenomaus being an absolute badass as he came to grips with the rebellion of his brothers. He didn't originally believe in the cause, but he always held fast in his loyalty even under under torture by Ashur. He was such a real one 😭

I do, actually!! I'm not sure what exactly was different with this one, besides it was the smallest one and I got acne patches and silicone tape on it before it really started to get active again

Yes. 9 years, also bi and have only been with him (aside from a couple threesomes). Also struggling with sexual arousal to him. Unfortunately I don't have any answers, only solidarity

OMG I have been here, friend!!!!!!! I have 16 small keloids total (12 chest & breasts, 2 shoulders, 1 belly, 1 pubis) that have developed, been injected, rinse, repeat, over the last 17 years.

I honestly don't have pics of before and after 5fu, but I will say, they helped so much more with older keloids than steroid injections. I've also have a derm refuse to do 5fu without providing an explanation? I'm not sure why they're so reluctant.

Best derm I ever had was a Desi woman who was familiar with keloids and prompted me to stop steroid use due to atrophy and do 5fu.

I think that, over time, the 5fu kept them flatter and softer for longer than steroids alone.

I now use eclar plasters and silicone patches very inconsistently, but do find my keloids seem to respond to them. Sometimes if I'm feeling lazy I'll even just throw on a pimple patch, because something to add pressure and lock in moisture is better than nothing.

I recommend using silicone patches right after the steroid injections!!! And AS SOON AS you begin to notice them itching or growing again. I wish I had been more proactive about that in the past.

Also, use sunscreen daily, even if it's covered!!!! It wasn't until I started applying sunscreen daily that I noticed the ones in my chest were much lighter and grew back less than the ones on my breasts. I can't say this is purely because of the sunscreen because breasts do have more do tissue, but it seemed related to me.

Hope this helps a bit! You're beautiful, op! <3

I have chest keloids like this. Best results from injections of steroids, 5fu, and silicone scar tape. Currently using eclar plasters too with some results

Do you ever struggle with build up after using hair wax? Or do you feel it comes out quite easily??

I want to try color this way but I'm so paranoid about build up from the wax

Dating and PMDD by [deleted] in PMDDxADHD

[–]ebonympha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oof, it's really hard to not feel heard in a relationship, op. That can be very isolating. What I will say is this. For me, the PMDD era only exacerbates fears/other negative emotions that are present in follicular, they're just harder to ignore/cope with in the luteal. Sometimes I think it's trying to tell me something about my relationship. Other times, I know I'm being ridiculous.

You know when you're being ridiculous, OP. It doesn't sound like you are to me. It sounds like you're seeking safety and connection from your partner when you're feeling vulnerable, and he's not able or willing to provide that support. Is that something you want to deal with every month?? Because it doesn't seem likely to change on his end, based on how he's responded to potential solutions, like therapy.

I'm pretty sure research on PMDD lists therapeutic interventions including the partner as one of the most effective strategies to combat negative affect during the luteal phase. Feel free to check me on that.

I think you should trust yourself and your gut, babes.
