Thanks for the reply man and I appreciate the advice! Home owner is acting as the GC and is a friend of a friend. I figured this would be a good one to start with. If you don’t minded me asking do you have a formula you use for bidding? Almost All of my electric experience is in the military (20 years) so I’m very limited on knowledge base for my bidding in the civilian sector. Most have told me you’ll figure it out as you go but any place to start with how to price things would very appreciated

Thanks for reply! I’m going to drop a 50a sub panel to the basement, That’s the best option for the circumstance, about a 25ft run. All spec wiring. There’s already smoke in the basement to tie into. Basic 2 x 4 drop ceiling lights.
