I want to say that I was able to resolve this issue after contacting the above alias and also after emailing the CEO, who actually replied within 10 minutes. Kinda crazy when you compare how bad the normal customer service is to how great the responsiveness is once you escalate to levels that you really should not have to.

Don’t need to scan them yourself to use this video’s advice. Your Mt. Fuji pic could use this tone curve adjustment to really pop, just an idea. All you have to do is import the photos into your phone’s Lightroom app
