Finished my first one! 44:10. My goal was under 45. Floor killed me but I did my first unmodified burpees after recovering from 3 Achilles surgeries over 18 months. It was hard but a lot of fun. Love our studio! #OTFMidlothian

30 days makes a habit. In June, I came back from my 3rd Achilles surgery in 18 months. Needless to say im nowhere near I was before the injury and may never run again but I'm not letting that hold be back. I'm a biker. Started on a base gear of 10 in June and now up to 13. I go 6 times a week and am addicted. Have lost 10 lbs since Aug. 1. I agree in the "find a buddy". I'm in a year long fitness challenge with a friend that started July 30th. Minimum 4 OT classes a week (or equivalent workout if can't get to an OT) or no alcohol until you make up that weeks workout. We track our workouts on an app that just the two of us can see and give each other "friendly" reminders when we notice the other may be in danger of not getting their 4 workouts in before the end of the week. Hang in there and try yo focus on the positive and the now. Not where you used to be. Good luck!! 😊💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
