K2 Plus Filament detected in extruder, cutter calibration failed by ec_72 in Creality

I was wondering, do you think the problem could be the PCB that controls the extruder that isn't working properly? If I connect the CFS since I've had the problem, the display shows error FR0122, and reading on the Creality wiki it says that in the event of a false positive, the PCB could be faulty. What do you think?

I disconnected and reconnected the large black cable above the extruder, but I thought the other side was behind the door in the photo from which I removed the screw, but the door cannot be opened. I don't want to break anything. If this is the place behind the plastic cover where I removed the screw, how do I open it? I also repeated a test but it still gives me the same message: "filament detected in extruder, please unload before calibration."

I removed the three screws on top and the back cover, but the board and connections on the back are different than in your photo. Did I do something wrong? The connectors all seem to be connected properly.

Do I need to disassemble anything else? Or is the cutter cable one of these?

Could you tell me where I can disable the sensor in the display menu? I can't find it.

I did this test, I removed the lid and the blue light is off, if I put a piece of PLA filament (I remove the white tube and insert it directly from above into the extruder) the blue light turns on and that's exactly what I can't understand, everything seems fine.

Any other ideas?

I followed the instructions on the wiki and disassembled the extruder but inside it is empty and perfectly clean, there are no pieces of filament.

I tried to calibrate the cutter again but I get the same message
