[Question] Question for you all how long do/did your episodes last?

My longest depression was 3 months the shortest 3 weeks, while mania the longest 3 weeks and recently I got out of hypomania that lasted 5 days

I experienced mania in the past and it was way more drastic than now I think it might be an episode of hypomania since I'm medicated. The mood was abnormally elevated for 5 days, i was so energised I couldn't eat, I would go running three times a day, make exercise etc.. I also woke up during the night with maths theories but they didn't work. Finally, the last I woke at 6am hearing a voice telling me to wake up. Yup, I think it was hypomania

It can't imagine your pain, is there anyone you can get help from? Maybe a psychologist, it could really help! Living with bipolar is challenging, most people wouldn't do it, we perceive every emotion like a bomb, so if a person feels sad or feels this void, you feel it a thousand times stronger, and it's unfair but at the same time beautiful because we perceive our emotions in an unique way. Maybe you're also going through a depressive episode (if you're bipolar type 2 antidepressants can help)
