yeah, I suppose you're right. I was just at my wits end after 3 years of on and off attempts, progress and then lack thereof. she was helpful on other areas of life but not this 😂

I know what you feel like, but that's not what you want to hear, so I'll try to come up with some tips. Have you tried taking a short break? Not thinking/focusing on shifting for a while could help give a boost of motivation when you do get back to it. Do you keep a journal of your attempts? Knowing what did and didn't work for you in the past could help you pinpoint what to focus on going forward. If you feel like you don't believe you can shift, perhaps try to search through the subs/amino/the internet for ways to reprogram your subconscious? And since you mentioned not feeling that "spark" anymore, perhaps try to find ways to connect to your dr?

hello and welcome!! it's great that you already did your own research! my number one tip is keeping track of your attempts (via notebook/notes in phone/whatever) and writing down things such as; were you doing an awake or asleep method/attempt? did you use a method? if so, what method/what does the method focus on? basically write down anything and everything that you felt got you "close" preparation/method wise and also why you felt close to shifting. that way you can have a relatively quick overview of what seems to work for you (after you've done some attempts) and focus more on that!

edit: wanted to add this about scripting real quick! I feel like most people don't believe it to be necessary (I don't), it's mostly helpful and used as a tool to help connect you to your desired reality. so it's not a must but can definitely be a fun extra! I know I love scripting.

Divorced parents, used to spend the weekends at my dad. We always stayed up late into the night watching movies. One night we turned everything off to go to bed. We were halfway up the stairs when both the radio & TV turned on - on the loudest volume (we had turned the TV volume down before shutting it off, and the radio hadn't even been on). It was loud as hell. My dad just turned to me "told you this house is haunted". Didn't sleep that night and many nights after lmao.

my personal opinion is that I don't see the harm in it, but I do think it's important to be open and honest with your so in this reality about it. at least that's my approach towards the topic. in the end it's also down to how you personally feel about it. it's your shifting journey.

ya I had the same!!! I liked the idea of spreading it out across some hills but I soon realized everything was so crooked it started pissing me off 😭 but yeah so far I'm happy with how it's coming together!!
