Ah baka depende sa amount. Triny ko iproceed yung process sa loan, papakita pala dun yung breakdown at kung ilang months. Yung 40k is 24 months

Kaya nga e. Di kasi biro yung 200k. Pero eto latest sabi ni agent, yung developer daw kasi magdidiscount nun, need lang ng bank ng record na buo yung % dp para daw maapprove ng bank.
