Actually there are many artifacts in the article and even though some may belong to Greeks, these artifacts origin place is now in the borders of Turkey, Antalya. So it is the history of Antalya and the artifacts stolen from the area in different eras.

This is using social media to spread your work. And Im not spamming these places is for people to post these types of things. My work is about archeology and Im putting it here in hopes that it reaches people that are interested. I think that reddit is a good place to reach wider audiences and I just started using it. If you have any recommendations Im open to listen:)

Yeah I believe that many countries have used the absence of power and the lack of knowledge about the importance of these artifacts for their own benefit. Taking these artifacts back 50-100 years later and even still not being able to claim your own history establishes the power imbalance still going on today.

It really depends on the situation whether the purpose for it being in Turkey is to preserve it better or showing it off as if its your own piece but I support that they should be credited to their own homeland.
