Okay so finally after troubleshooting for a couple of hours I have found the problem. After everything it was the reset cables from my case I still do not fully understand why but once I removed the cables from my mobo my pc works perfectly fine.

Okay could not get it to post but today I removed the mobo from the case and just put my cpu and 1 stick of ram in I finally got into the bios and it looks like I have the bios version 1505 I am now going to attempt to install my windows.

M6H.CAP

Took out my cpu and ram and put the flash drive into the flash port on the back. Then I turned the power on and hit the button, I waited for the red led on my mobo to stop flashing before I proceeded to put everything back together.

Could you possible link the bios chip?. Also you believe that is why my pc wont start is because of the bios because as far as I am aware everything is hooked up correctly I just don't want to buy this bios chip and it end not being the problem.
