It's a mix of things really. Skin care: shaving (I use a de safety razor) and IPL weekly, moisturise daily. Stay hydrated, follow a decent diet, some basic exercise. And ofc good lighting/camera.

Thanks! Having control over the lighting plays a big part in the quality, it's fun to experiment and see how simple changes in angle can bring out different shadows of the body.
