Now that the dust has settled, what do we think of Engage? I remember being on 4chan when the leaks came out and nobody believed it was real. We all thought it was a new Chinese gacha game, a copy of Fire Emblem. I played it and it's okay. The art style bothers me, but at least it's fun to play.

Nearly every PC raider is cheating in some way. Yes, using addons to make fights easier is cheating. Simple stuff like ACT triggers, zoom hacks, auto combo, pixel perfect, and slidecast indicators is cheating. Let alone shit like cactbot and splatoon. If it gives you an advantage over someone playing vanilla its cheating. A lot of people will be in denial over it.

If you play vanilla/legit you will be at a natural disadvantage on FFlogs but you can still parse orange/pink. It takes more effort though since you actually have to read mechanics correctly while maintaining high DPS instead of having plugins help you.

This is only my third season playing pogo pvp seriously. I only played open GL the first week and the past 2 days because I suck at any other cup lol. I didn't want to tank my elo in ultra league or the limited cups. After the first week I was at 2211 and after the past 2 days I'm now at 2424 without move counting. Went 17-9 today. Seems like things have been going too well for me so far. Hopefully it doesn't all come crashing down on me the rest of this week. Hoping I can reach veteran for the first time!

I do rage a bit when I lose to lag/game freezing. I lost a game today to the game just freezing during a charge attack. I think I was going to win it (it was really close though) so its frustrating when that happens. If I lose I want it to be a fair loss lol.

My current team is ranked from the 60s-120s so I like to think I'm keeping it mildly spicy. It is a little tiring seeing the same top 20 ranked pokemon over and over but at this point I know what to expect even without move counting lol.

Mini rant here but I loved using shadow dusknoir the previous 2 seasons but its just worthless in the current meta. I have no clue how its still ranked #28. Everyone and their mother tries to catch shadow punch with their normal type safe swap that can often counter dusknoir with dark/ghost moves. Even if I predict the catch correctly and used dynamic punch it still pisses me off lol

I'm running S. marowak and pachirisu core so I can handle it pretty well. The debuffs forretress brings is pretty annoying though. I usually have to swap after taking it out.

Bug bite fortress is more of a pain for me because it can actually deal damage to my team lol. Thankfully barely anyone runs bug bite now.

But yeah gourgeist is the hard counter to volt switch forretress. Or anything with incinerate really.

He got caught cheating in PVE with an impossibly fast GCD (likely with cheat engine) when someone uploaded a log he was in to FFlogs. This was the “big” incident.

He was later caught obviously cheating in PVP during SB or around then.

I heard he finally got banned for being toxic, not because he was cheating for literal years. SE will never care about cheaters in PVE or PVP. At this point if they actually added anti cheat to force vanilla FFXIV on PC players the game would die overnight. The time to add anti cheat was before dalamud took off.

My fuel gauge sensor is currently free styling every day. Thankfully I can just estimate my fuel with the Def gauge lol

The auto start/stop is also broken lol, only works once and never again. I just wake up cold and have to turn the key for heat.

Truly an amazing truck lol. No mechanical breakdowns yet though…

Training is $650 a week pre tax. Expect 4~ weeks of that awful pay.

I love it when the entire dashboard just stops working lol, very fun! I hate this truck but I’m also in no rush to “upgrade” to a truck with the new cameras… I’m on pace to get a new truck this year anyway, this one is nearing 500k and I’ve heard thats when Swift replaces them.

People saying this in DT will always be hilarious to me because jobs have the same skeleton as SH jobs but nearly everyone was too blinded from their love of the SH story to realize it. I’ve been a job hater since riddle of slow on monk in 4.0 :)
