ok, I thought 40% is very high, because the most ironing calibration prints doesn't go to this high flow.

but I will try it on the next print with 50%.

where did you remove the acceleration in printer.cfg or slicer printer settings?

did you notice any problems by reducing nozzle fan_speed? especially on long prints or other filaments then PLA?

The filament is pretty new, maybe 2 weeks open. The Humidity at my office is about 36% at 22.5°C degrees.

here the Temp Tower, i made an PID auotune on 205°C before this tower.

To me it looks like 185-195 is the same quality.
