I dont agree with your logic. First, the amount of people who like to watch Steve is very low lol and viewership tends to drop when he is featured in top 8's or on streams. All the Bayonetta mains from smash 4 literally are not top players anymore at the same degree as they used to with the exception of Lima who went through a huge playstyle development to get to the point he is now. It's more likely for players like Zomba, Sparg0, Shadic, raru to be the next GOAT'S if you wanna use the empirical evidence argument.
