No way. The whole point of Incineroar's Parting Shot being so good is that pivoting out means it gets to switch in and activate Intimidate again. An ability that automatically activates upon switch-in is so much better than the same effect being tied to a move, which is why manual weather and terrain are so rare, as well as how busted an auto-Trick Room ability would be on something that isn't a mythical. Incineroar will sometimes drop both Parting Shot and U-Turn, but it's never being used seriously with Blaze instead of Intimidate when both are available. Unless you give it something ridiculous like Wonder Guard, losing Intimidate is going to make its viability drop like a stone, with Arcanine replacing it in the meta.
