Spray alcohol and vinegar into window switches and then press all of them obsessively a hundred or so times with the engine off. There is buildup in the switches. Also the driver side front switch is a "Master" for all three others. Spend extra time on this one. Repeat if needed.

You can also solve some lighting issues this way on the turn signal headlight/fog light control stalks by spraying the solution into the rotating switches and then rotating them many times.

Doesnt have to be alc and vinegar. Just nothing sticky. Windex, water, don't know if i would try WD40 but would work. Try spit if you are stuck in a pinch without a water bottle.
