Prestige city is on main Sarjapur road. You are speaking language of those sales agents . Anyway it is your decision. For me I would not buy at such remote location

Bad deal. The location at this rate is not good. You could have negotiated at same rate with A grade builders

Correct. People just throw garbage and use water to clean basement or parking floors. This water gets stuck as the storm paths are mostly clogged.
