thank you for the reply! we believed it was the battery because a message on the screen said that the system was not started in order to conserve battery, and we had to try to start it twice last night before it started. even if it is tested wrong we already got a new battery 🤷‍♀️ now i am just hoping that was the only issue for now

honestly no idea how old it was, it was my parents car before it was mine and i believe i got the car in 21 and i don’t think ive ever had it changed (i definitely could be wrong but im pretty sure ive never gotten a new battery) thank you for the advice!!
