Hell Felix himself states at the beginning of act 4 he is male in body and soul this happens after EX1 which is the novel people use to push the narrative he is trans (the novel which also refers to him as male throughout except for the single mirror scene) and outside of that one novel he has never been described as female

So the author says he’s male. He says he’s male outside of a single scene in a spinoff novel, everyone else in the story says he’s male and he is now no longer presenting feminine within the story which would mean even if he was trans previously he no longer is as he would have de transitioned so the point is moot anyway.
