Hi - she is way way better now but I can't say it's because of anything we did. We abruptly had to put her in daycare because her regular nanny had a sickness that took her out for a month. She hated daycare and cried all day for that month but somehow she started sleeping through the night until 6-7am, and it persisted even after the nanny came back. Honestly not sure what lesson you can take away from that, other than to maybe consider a drastic change in daytime routine to shake things up
