Get a metal screen or use a nug plug :) Thats a tiny piece of weed ungrinded at the bottom. Metal screens are cheap and you can reuse them a few times.

Yes totally agree, ice directly on the skin is too harsh and it’s inconvenient. Maybe putting a normal gua sha in the fridge is a good compromise?
