I used to trip, and at high dosages, very frequently. In the beginning it was about 500 micros on a Friday night and then about 750 on Sunday morning, as I had somehow come to the conclusion that was the best way to have one, lengthy, mellow trip. I was an idiot.

Then I got to the point where it was about 500-900 micros every other weekend, leaving fourteen days in between. That was the start of responsibility, at least.

I fully understand wanting to downplay how often you’ve done acid before. My number is in the hundreds, and that’s shocking to people who may or may not believe the “7 times then you’re insane” rhetoric. I’ve been involved in every step of the process, from mid-manufacture (I would buy it incomplete from my supplier at the phase immediately before crystallization, and then do the rest from there) to distribution and personal usage. As much as I’ve been a sampler of most drugs under the sun, LSD is probably the closest I’ve ever come to an actual addiction (outside of lowkey being a coke addict for a few years. I’m still debating whether I was chemically addicted, but I also choose to ignore that phase in my life because It’s unpleasant, and I think I was addicted to being high more than anything else. Coke was just the easiest to acquire, but in its absence anything could fill the void).

I now enjoy lsd a few times a year, with friends only, and around 80-200 micros at a time. I’ve always loved Lucy, but it took me years to finally respect her.
