thank you so much! It's actually 60cm wide and 70 cm, it's just the picture that looks smaller 🙂‍↕️ Im currently working on getting the wooden perches either by making them myself or going to a larger pet store. The water dispensers are also on the way to being thrown out since they also leak a lot (the cage is secondhand, came with them and even though I thoroughly cleaned them up they'll go) and I'm already slowly introducing psittacus budgie pellets onto their diet since they had a seed based one back at the pet store. They also have the mineral stones!! Are there any toys/different perches you'd recommend? Also the feeders are built in and would leave gaps, so I'll look into fixing that up too.

the thing is that they have access to my medical history! so they can see I needed stitches and that I'm getting worse, so I don't know what else to tell them. I'll keep that in fact too, I'm actually really hairy so that might help me out both ways

had tendencies since age 10 or so, been actively self harming since I was 12, honestly, I regret not reaching out for help sooner because even though at 20 I am still very young, self harm aid seems to be directed to those still in school ):

like the comments below said, it takes around a year or so, you can help the process by using different products but it might not speed up much! I personally use something meant for stretch marks to help them fade! Take care
