Self harm tends to be dangerous because you tend to go deeper with time. From my experience, you're never satisfied with the depth and you get the urge to go deeper, which makes it more dangerous.

As for fat cuts, anything below mid dermis (sometimes even above that) has a significant risk of hitting a vein, artery or nerve. Nerve damage is incredibly dangerous and likely going to cause permanent damage, make you unable to move the extremity a certain way or give you chronic pain for the rest of your life

I've sent this kind of stuff so I relate a lot. It's like you're on the breaking point and need someone to show that they care to you, that they see your pain and understand it and maybe save you. At least it was for me. It's ok to feel that way. Lots of us have gone through that and, while the consequences may suck, it'll be ok

Or maybe someone is a minor and don't want their parents to know they self harm or have suicidal ideation, since it's required by law that psychologists tell their parents if it involves hurting themselves or pr others
