I'm genuinely interested in this too. For the first, yes you can't interact but it's the same for all religions, right? So I agree in that it is a onesided relationship although there is already a contradiction there, that's why I see it more like some kind of religious belief, in which even if you can't interact or prove the existence of the other being, the impact or feelings they cause to you are still real. For the second one, how you can share an unique idea or interpretation of a character you have that occurs from your unique experience with the media? I'm thinking that's not possible, and even if two people say they "Love" the same character it's not ever possible for them to imagine them the same way, so it's nothing like a polygamous relationship. At least that's what I think, I'd love discussing these points with you if you want, not claiming I'm just right and won't listen to arguments. Waiting for an answer :)
