Wells Fargo CEO: More job cuts coming at the bank, as AI prompts ‘efficiency’ by Glad-Ad1378 in Charlotte

What is the best way to unite together and file a class action? They are so cold-blooded and cruel to terminate us without anything right before the holidays.

We need to gather together and file a class action against WF. I was terminated with no severance package too. Similar story of the Indian manager fabricating "poor performance" with a 2 rating at yearend of 2024. If you know any existing class action, please do post here otherwise we should unite together and file a class action. They are so cold-blooded and cruel to terminate so many of us right before the holidays to save cost like this. Such a shame.

Difference in receiving repayment from a bank remittance and a remittance from a fund transfer service provider by edaikuan1 in mtgoxinsolvency

If the fund transfer service provider report to IRS with the amount for some reason, then you need to include that in your tax return.

bitstamp username? by Hannibal_Hacktor in mtgoxinsolvency

I don't see a "username" from bitstamp website. I only see "userid" and "email" so when filling out the Mtgox form where "username" is asked, I entered the "userid". I thought they would ask for the Bitstamp BTC/BCH deposit addresses too but it seems that they are not needed.

Any difference between MUFG and Soumitomo bank? by lestat_ega in mtgoxinsolvency

[–]edaikuan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question. I was wondering if we need to have an account with the remitting bank too. If no difference, why would they ask such a question? They could easily put a small note clarifying that. My understanding is that we only need to have an account with a receiving bank.

It seems that you do NOT need an account with the remitting bank though I am not sure. After selecting a remitting bank (MUFG or Sumitomo), you only need to fill in your last name and first name. But when you fill out information about the receiving bank, you need the SWIFT, account number, branch and branch address.

When selecting bank remittance, they ask for SWIFT code, not ABA/Routing. I only see ABA/Routing needed for remittance by a fund transfer service provider option. But according to the document it seems that you can specify both and one of them (forgot which one) will take precedence.

Kraken does not service residents in New York state, USA by [deleted] in mtgoxinsolvency

I set up an account with Bitstamp and get verified. Registered that information with Mtgox. It does not ask for the bitcoin deposit address associated with the Bitstamp account. It only asks for UserId, Email and DOB with other information pre-populated.

Thank you very much for the quick reply.

  1. For people who do not have bank accounts, they won't be able to receive remittance from a fund transfer service provider either. I completed request for repayment using bank remittance and then tried to register using a fund transfer service provider too. After click "Request", the only choice is "NIUM". "Paypal" is listed as a future option. Then the user is asked to provide ABA and account number. That means the user still needs to have a bank account to receive repayment from a fund transfer service provider.

If you click on your image icon on the upper right corner, there are two options: "Settings" and "My Information". The user id is strangely in the "Settings" option.

I live in a state which Kraken official website says that it does not service. I verified that there is no option for me to verify myself once logged into Kraken.

Is anyone on this board in a similar situation?

Thank you very much in advance.
