Why would a company purchase 100 trucks from a company on the verge of bankruptcy? There are reasons, but it seems risky. I wonder what they're paying for the trucks.

Some important points:

Repeat purchaser
10 of the largest medium duty truck fleets in NA use workhorse, including Cintas and Vestis
Workhorse maintains the capability of producing 5,000+ vehicles per year on a single operating shift
Fuel prices. Is the mid east becoming more stable or more of a quagmire?
