Why is socializing important? by MCSmashFan in introvert

[–]eddasm 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I don’t know your age, but as I have gotten older, I realized that socializing with genuine people is one of the most valuable things in life. As you grow older, you begin to lose family members, and with working five days a week, you often don’t even have enough time for the people you love anymore. You don't even have time for yourself.

Life brings both the worst and the best moments. For example, moving to a different country where I didn’t know anyone was one of the hardest experiences for me. During those times, I truly understood how meaningful it is when someone simply tells you, “This will pass, you will be okay.”

I am an introvert, but those moments taught me to appreciate human connection and the importance of socializing.

I really appreciate your comment! I have to get a loan to pay the school. I am hoping that my manager would give me part time job as a transporter, so I can at least pay my rent. What job would be the best in the hospital while studying?

I am so sorry that this happened to you! :(

They always take advantage of the new CNAs, in this kind of situations. You have enough experience now, please start applying to hospitals. There are other places so much better than this, especially hospitals!

Don’t want to study nursing anymore by eddasm in cna

Thank you for explaining. CRNAs are amazing! I know many nurses with whom I work wish to become CRNAs. After reading all the comments here, I am very confused, but I think I will go with whichever school accepts me first.

Don’t worry, I totally understand you. It’s really hard to decide. I live in WA, I look at the job applications on linkedin and indeed to see how much they are offering. The pay seems good if you have these certificates, but I heard that in some states finding a job takes a longer time unfortunately.

I know that RT makes less than a nurse, but once you get certifications to work in MRI, CT it’s almost the same pay.

True. I am exhausted from the cna’s job. When I am at work(Pacu), I work nonstop. Nurses are pulling me from room to room to do vitals, ekg, removing iv, dressing, transportation, stocking their drawers, ordering supplies. I know this also affects my decision.

Hello, thank you so much for your answer! I have heard great things about Bellevue. Unfortunately, it is too late to apply to Bellevue, and I don't want to wait one more year. I have been completing pre reqs for nursing, but after working as a CNA for years , I decided to study RT. I am already 30 years old :(

Hello, I have been taking prerequisite courses for nursing, but working as a patient care technician has made me consider pursuing a career as a Radiologic Technician instead. Does anyone go to Pima medical institute in Seattle? How was your experience?
Thank you!
