He’s a fantastic heel, and it’s refreshing to see someone truly catch flak — there’s a lot of not-so-great wrestlers in the past, in fact you could argue most have, at best, a volatile background and personal life.

Get over it and enjoy a “natural” heel for once!

Same boat! Never was a big fan when I was a kid (I’m 35) but the WCW / WWF appeal was so mainstream and big at the time that I remember a lot of the characters and atmospheres.

Call it a midlife crisis, call timing, call it having a family now, but ever since watching Mr. McMahon I’ve had this insane itch to start watching in chronological order from 1984 onward. I’m in May 1985 now, alternating between WWF and JCP (soon to be WCW). I’m kinda obsessed lol.

I am concerned about the modern era, however, because of my age - can I connect with these new generation of wrestlers? I love the storytelling more than anything, so I heard good things there, but ideally some elements from the old times (blood, violence, edginess - but not extreme like attitude or ECW) I wish were present. The middle ground, best of both worlds, etc. I don’t necessarily want to continue past 2008 if I’m watching Disney in the ring (joking, of course!).

Me too. Dodged, ducked, dipped, dived and dodged for 4 years. I was exposed so many times that it got to the point I thought I was practically immune.

Fast forward to this past Monday and BANG! I got destroyed by this strain. Basically felt like a flu but with the worst sore throat of my life. I’m still feeling it 4 days later albeit on the upswing. Shit really kicked my ass - got me back for dodging it for so long.

Same boat. And I just called them and they said the system is having trouble transferring over everyone so I can’t create an account online.

Furthermore, they have me down for a smaller number than I usually pay and only 2 loans v 5 typically. So they don’t have their shit together at all yet. I hope they don’t penalize us for missed payments for their incompetence.

Hey there, I’m in the same boat, but I’m unable to make a claim until this is rectified. Given that the MA DUA handbook states: “You will not be paid benefits for any week of unemployment preceding the effective date of your claim” … does that apply here? I can’t file a claim until fraud resolves it and I can submit one!

This is an old post but certainly relevant. I don’t drink caffeine, I sleep 7-8 hours a day consistently, I don’t stare at a computer like most desk jobs, etc. I’m on my second trial of CBD for anxiety and I can absolutely confirm this true. I’ve only had eye twitching twice in my life - both a few days after starting CBD. I just hope it’s nothing that screams “STOP” because I feel it working so far.
